Introduction

The SPARROW dashboard is designed to track and manage the Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APAR) of government officers. The dashboard integrates data from the SAP system and the PAR module, providing a complete overview of employee performance appraisal processes.

Key Features:

PAR Generation & Eligibility:

  • Displays total PARs generated vs. eligible employees for the PAR module, using a comparative analysis with SAP employee data.
  • Highlights how many employees have not yet generated their PARs.

Process Tracking:

  • Shows current PAR status, including which officers are holding PARs, and tracks how many PARs have been closed.
  • Provides real-time insights into the stage of the PAR process for every employee, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Data Segmentation:

  • Location-Wise Breakdown: The dashboard provides a detailed view of employee PARs across different locations, allowing for performance tracking by region.
  • Department-Wise Breakdown: It also displays data across various departments such as Administration, Civil, Electrical, Finance, Mechanical, IT, etc., for better decision-making.
  • Grade-Wise View: Users can filter and view the PAR status for different employee grades, making it easy to pinpoint areas for improvement at each level.
